probably because 95% of the office is still working from home because they are scared of a 99.8% survival rate virus… also on top of that it’s sunday so even more employee’s aren’t at the office

Many times they did offer game time as compensation though. We were aware that patch days could be an issue and were prepared. These D2R issues are constant and unexplained.

In this case no, its because they released an unfinished product. Not only that, its not even a new game its a 20 years old game with better effects.

But this is not “sometimes” this is consistently. They have been having server problems consistently since release and have yet to figure out or articulate and share what the problem is and what they are doing to fix the problem.

The only Issue I had with 2000 D2 was Comcast and the 5:00 influx of people getting on line after work…

If the game was on steam it would have already had a rating of around 20%.
I can’t believe they aren’t able to fix it. Rather they just don’t really want to. Maybe it’s some sort of experiment to find out how hard can they neglect their customers.

you kidding me dude? It’s more than 3 weeks after launch and this has happened 3 days in a row! On the weekend none the less when most people wanna play…
I can understand on launch day and maybe the day after but this IS a lot of TIME after launch to FIX it
