They do know though. Their customer support team tweeted about it 4 hours ago lol.
So sad to see this game rushed out in a incomplete state that it is. Just go to show ya that Blizzard more concern with $$ than quality of a product.

I was booted out of the servers at 1:35 AM last night, it’s now 10:10 AM and I still cannot log in to play.

I was on for like 2mins about 2 hours ago then they went off again so something happen…
It sucks but just look at it this way. At least we get to play it more than when it was in Beta. It’s a great remastering, and yes, it needs to hurry up and get passed this crap. I don’t doubt that it will soon enough though. I’m just forcing myself to believe it’s still in Beta.
Also I see some people complaining about the changes made and the changes that weren’t made to the game. If you aren’t enjoying the changes they made to the game, why are you still here? That is something you could have figured out before the game was released.
Also to those who are upset, me being one of those people, just go make an offline character

Offline is not the same as regular/closed bnet. You also don’t take any progress you made into bnet. I don’t play this game for single player, I play this game to play on bnet with other people, not to play it as a solo single player game.

Yeah but the servers are down, which is why I suggested it lol. I know it’s all completely separate from BNET. The games been out for 2 1/2 weeks so it’s going to have some kinks, regardless of having an Alpha/Beta.
