I don’t see any text about the thorns damage or lvl progression. Any 1 have any info on this ?
For Iron Golem both Defense and Thorns damage increase by +35 per a point in Iron Golem.
Life increases only from points in Golem Mastery or points in Blood Golem.
Damage dealt by Iron Golem on striking increases with points in Fire Golem.

Are you sure that defense and thorn damage goes up by 35 points? Is there no % damage reflected mechanic for the iron golem anymore? It is just flat damage?
Also, does the IG self-thorns stack with a thorns aura from a paladin or A2 merc?
The thorns damage goes up with level. Just google d2 iron golem and you should find the skill table easily enough. The iron golem has the stats in the table plus he is equipped with whatever item you make him from.
On hell difficulty his thorns aura is basically wothless because everything has at least 50% physical resistance. It can do some ok damage if you cast amplify damage on what he is fighting. But otherwise its usless. If you have thorns from somewhrre else like an act 2 merc it overwrites the golems reguardless of its level. So if that is part of your strategy i would run a different golem. An act 2 thorns merc paired with amp damage can work on hell if you have a good number of summons and cast it on everything that moves
