I’ve farmed up the Countess a bunch of times and got 3 keys from her but I won’t be doing ubers for quite a while so i figured I could trade them away. However I’m a total noob in terms of trading knowledge
Not really much of anything, they are pretty easy to farm. Now if you sell an entire keyset 3terror, 3 destruction and 3 hatred you might get a trade.
I have a 3x3 I keep trying to sell but no takers, maybe not enough key runners I guess. I’ve asked for a gul or 2ists, even ist + 2 mal and still nothing. They aren’t hard to farm but the price I saw in a 2018 thread said the value was gul + ist.

fwiw I’ve consistently gotten a Gul for 3x3’s within like 10-15 minutes of making a game. So maaayyyybe could get more with more patience but I would rather just keep farming instead of waiting. Did it 4 times to cube up to ohm for CTA. Good luck farming/trading! 
3x3 Keysets trade for Vex.
I tried for several hours to trade 3x3 for Ohm, but several people joined to tell me it was only worth Vex. I thought it wouldn’t be asking that much to ask for one rune higher, but I eventually settled for Vex.
When I made the game stating that I wanted Vex someone joined in only a few minutes and the trade was done.
