What are the IP servers for pathping/tracert?

What is the servers IP so we can do a tracert?
D2R still not listed Executando um Traceroute - Atendimento Blizzard

I live in Brazil, please share so we can do a pathping and to put the ip on afterburner too. The /fps ingame stands in front of merc´s portrait, messing up and flurrying his life bar.

They are not currently giving an IP address, but there is a web address you can use. This Blizzard post here has the info.
