Unfortunately this bug from the PTR made it to live release, it does hamper my playstyle a bit for summon druid.
It’s likely something to do with the changes in skills.txt, for “wearwolf” and “wearbear” (yes, that’s how it’s spelled in skills.txt) the localdelay was changed from “25” → " " (blank, aka 0).
