can fury still hit 4 frames with tomb reaver and 5 frames with ebotd?
and can fire claw on wolf hit 3 frames still?
i am concerned that the 150% ias cap will stop tomb reaver fury from hitting 4 frames and fireclaw from hitting 3, and that it may need to be raised
Many weapons can now reach 4f without extra IAS support from gear, and with the support of ias gear it can even reach 3f right now.
The biggest benefit is actually many slow weapon like earth shifter can also reach 4f easily
