Weapons lose Superior quality when rune word applied

I applied the Spirit runeword to a 4os Superior Heraldic Shield, it became an ordinary heraldic shield with the spirit runeword. I have had the same issue with Swords when applying Steel rune word

All Runewords works fine. Pls post a Screenshot for more help. You used maybe a blue Shield and Sword.

I’ve tried this again, a superior Flail with Steel runeword has become an ordinary flail. Can’t be repaired until you exit and rejoin an online game.
