We were sick of Baal

I was looking forward to not running baal. Now i need to kill Baal still to spawn a zone i clear in less than a minute. Think harder Blizz

Not every game dude, you kill him to trigger them appearing for you on that difficulty.

He is likely pointing how stupid and pathetic it is to need to kill act end game boss, which gives you message that the world is now terrorized yet the terrorized areas are a JOKE compared to kill baal.

No I think OP misunderstood that you have to kill baal every game session to spawn TZ

Project diablo 2 is the answer

It’s an alternative that has good drops but doesn’t need you to farm the same place until the heat death of the universe.

i never chose to farm like most others
tz is ok, just kinda pathetic

there is zero terror so thats lame as well

Oh man, its really end of the world sthat you actualy have to kill Act boss for once.

Why not make it so that TZ spawns after you defeat Diablo since he is the Lord of terror?

Some characters you actually don’t want to defeat Baal to get better drops from him.

That would at least make more sense.
The main problem is terror zones are just loot pinatas, no terror to be had. Same monsters, die just as easy as before. All my characters are still using very low budget gear since i just came back as well. The terrorized zone should be hard for even end game geared ppl to kill. Which would make it extremely hard for ppl like myself, as it should be.

At least then the new charms would effectively allow you to farm them faster as that is the way of diablo. Kill difficult stuff to find the best stuff to kill difficult stuff even faster.

No different than Cows or Ubers or Im sure your precious mods…

The reason we were sick of Baal:

Muahahahahahalol

New ringtone? Lol

Doing baal runs over and over again is no different from doing greater rifts over and over again. But of course purists intentionally choose to turn a blind eye to that resemblance, while vehemently criticize d3.

Wouldn’t it be harder for melee characters to hit higher level monsters than the character?

That would certainly slow down the killing speed thereby making it Harder to clear that content at higher levels.

It’s somewhat of a progressional difficulty, the higher level you are the tougher the monstrous will get.

Before 6 Oct, I suggest dev buff the physical sunder charm by adding -50% to enemy def, instead of breaking physical immunity which most physical builds don’t need, since the reaper’s toll is not that super difficult to get, or even a lawbringer for act 5 merc.

Brehhh d3 does not even have a skill tree. Paragon is hilarious. Its pretty bad. I agree the changes are not that bad. Just done is a rush, clearly. D3 is a lot more like gauntlet.

I’m not talking about character building. I’m talking about endgame content, where d2 is no better than d3. What you mentioned: skill tree, paragon, have nothing to do with endgame content tho. There’s zero difference between farming baal 10000 times to level 99 and farming gr150 10000 times to high paragon. That’s what I mean. Repetitive and boring stuff, definitely not how endgame content should be.

Also no different than clearing the same zone over and over again for an hour at a time… Think of it as rotating rift maps every hour

Why is nobody pointing out that the monsters aren’t running around all scared-like even though they’re supposed to be terrorized? I don’t know maybe I’m just weird
