just encountered a but down in act 1 jail level 1, the waypoint will not let me activate it the i can see the waypoint on the ground and on my mini but there is no prompt to click on it, there is no blue flames and i cant activate the waypoint

Try re-entering the tile with the waypoint, happened to me once in Glacial Trail.

This just happened to me in Act III, Durance of Hate L2. I had to TP back to town, then upon re-entering I could activate.
