Regarding the war cry skill, if I am correct, it is physical damage that can be blocked, yet you cannot leech life or mana from your hits, nor does it gain from deadly strike, open wounds, or crushing blow. With that said, Peace armour rune word provides +2 critical strike that is not amazon only. With this equipped, does it provide war cry a chance to do double physical damage? I am unable to tell because war cry provides such low damage regardless.
war cry is a spell, not an attack. Hence, any form of critical strike does not apply. Although, with amplify damage the damage multiplier ranges from 100~400% due to negative physical immune.
+100% physical damage is fixed.
-100% physical immune has different range between monsters and affixes.
A 200% FCR War cry build requires a lacerator or brand to effectively proc amplify. Then, your high dps merc with war cry(11k dmg) goes hand in hand.
