This isn’t OK.
I buy a cosmetic remake of a game for 40 Euro, and I can’t play it without waiting in line (what the actual f?).
Sometimes waiting in line takes up to 30 minutes.
When I’m finally online, I try playing with my brother - the only reason I paid this ridiculous price for a remake. But half the time I get a “issue connecting with game server” BS message, or he does, and it takes another 10 minutes on average to both be in the same game.
Some days it never resolves and we can’t play.
Some days we finally get to play, and the lag is so bad our characters sometimes disappear and reappear in random places, or we get disconnected from the game entirely.
It’s been like this for weeks, from the first moment I bought the game. I thought it would be fixed. It hasn’t.
Give me back my money or fix it.
You sold me a shoddy product.
