I traded for an eth 188/7 titan’s. When the seller showed it in the game chat then it had 140 quantity however I did not check the quantity in the trade window … I upped it to matriarchal javelin right after the trade.
It is locked at 1 quantity and does not replenishes quantity. Buyer states he never used it to 1 quantity and it should reload …

I searched the bug too and a few ppl said restarting the game should make it start replenishing again.
One person said throwing that last jav forces it to replenish.
I’d try recreating the game a few times and seeing if it starts to replenish first.
Apparently this has happened to a lot of ppl wow. Blizz should get on this.
Whatever you do, don’t throw the last one for Eth titans as that will break it and it won’t replenish any longer. I’d restart the game and wait it out if necessary.
