If you upgrade the Vidala’s Rig set from Normal to Exceptional, you lose the following full set bonuses:
+50% Piercing Attack
+xxx to Maximum Cold Damage
Freezes Target
+10 to Strength
These full set bonuses restored when you upgrade it from Exceptional to Elite.
