Do i understand this correct?
All the Unique items listed as Ladder only like * Andariel’s Visage (Unique: Demonhead) Will no longer drop when i am playing Normal Diablo 2 resurrected?
And…
All runewords like Grief NOW listed as ladder only, i can also no longer make in Normal Diablo 2 resurrected?
If this is True? what is the point Playing the game?? Not EVERYONE likes ladder! and now i can not even play none ladder and enjoy it anymore???
As far as I know, the only ladder gated material are the new runewords and the new set upgrade cube recipes.
As DJ said, only the new 2.4 runewords and cube recipes are ladder only. These should be added to non ladder with new ones replacing them next ladder.

As far as any older Diablo 2 resource websites such as The Arreat Summit, those apply to the original game. They’re still a good resource for information for D2:R, but there are going to be inaccuracies/missing information when sourcing them for information for D2:R.
It’d be nice to have an official D2:R Arreat Summit website. Keep it similar to the original, without the every few clicks page load errors… Psst, hey, Blizzard, can you make this happen? 
No you don’t understand at all. 
I check on offline, insight works on bow already, obedience and pride works on spears. No idea why infinity still not work on spear and amazon spear yet.
