Unexpected error

I was able to play the game yesterday. But, today when I started up the game and clicked on any key to begin, when connecting to battle.net the game crashes to desktop with the unexpected error pop-up to send to blizzard. I’m on an i5 - 6600 (non-K), gtx 1060 6gb, and 16gb ram. Uninstalled and reinstalled, still getting the same situation.

Am I the only one that this situation is happening to? What’s going on? I’m about to just give up and uninstall the game.

This is happening to me as well. Game worked fine one day, then the next day it didn’t.

Uninstalled and re-installed, updated everything that could be updated. No change. Game will not start.

10 days already and still nothing. I’m about to just give up and uninstall. Weird behavior though is that when I change regions on D2R, and I play Diablo 4, I log into the NA servers where my ping is higher. But, when I exit Diablo 4 and change my region on D2R back to Asia, when I log in to Diablo 4, I log into Asia where my ping is lower as it should be since I’m from there. I know it’s probably, most likely, not connected at all. But, it’s a shame that I can’t play D2R at this time. Not sure if Blizz is even aware of any of this happening.

IF you have Win 11 24H2 then this is where the problem is. 23H2 is very stable whereas 24H2 is not.

I’m only on Windows 10… :face_holding_back_tears:
