Unable to Enter Game error

I logged on, selected my US East nonladder Hammerdin, went to create a game and it says “Unable to Enter Game”
what does this mean? Never had it say that before.

Today is ladder reset. This seems to happen with my former ladder characters only. My all time non-ladder characters can make and join games just fine.

the sad part in all of this is that this could take them days or even weeks to fix

Is anyone able to log in with any of the converted ladder characters?

Can’t log in with my old non-ladder characters either… wow. Getting better all the time XD

Hey, I can’t join and create a game, I get this message "Unable To Enter Game " The problem is Nl characters from the last ladder.

Hi,
All my USWEST ladder chars that got moved to non-ladder on June 22nd get the UNABLE TO ENTER GAME message.

I see that both the new ladder and all-time nonladder chars are playable.

Does this mean all new nonladder chars have not been migrated to the nonladder server?

Nope. The same issue in Europe, all the ex-ladder characters can’t start a game

It appears to be fixed.

it definitely has been fixed now. All is well. I last experienced a ladder reset back in 2016 and this has never happened so it was strange to deal with this. thanks for the help everyone
