I have one online character that works. I want to create more characters but I can’t create additional online OR OFFLINE characters because the d-pad up to accept character name does nothing. This happens if I specify a name AND if I let the game choose name. Happens whether I am docked or not. Original controllers or not. In game, d pad functions normally. In the lobby, d pad seems to mimic left stick rather a separate control like needed.
Oy, got stuck here too. It’s not D-Pad Up, it’s (+) the Plus button.
Know it’s old, but someone will need this.
