Hi there,
I got Ubuntu laptop running Lutris to launch Battle net and D2R.
It worked with no issue until recently.
I got the battle net stop after logging.
It said;
Battle net update agent went to sleep. Attempting to wake it up

I tried to un-install the game and Lutris but not help. Lutris on my PC also got same issue.
Do you have any idea to fix this error?
Thanks and Regards!
Stuff I read said to delete the Battle.net agent cache. Worse comes to worse, you can google “D2R multiple instances” which goes over the command line options to start it with your login details, bypassing the agent.

Well
Blizzard is owned by Microsoft
Microsoft had hegemony on gaming operating system
Up until recently when valve evolved Linux into the best gaming OS
So wouldn’t be surprise if Microsoft is not happy and retaliates
Have you found a solution ? I am planning to install Linux and replace Windows, so I would like to know. If not I guess I would have to play something else.
i had this on my steam deck, on proton version 9
changed it to proton 10 beta which solved the issue for me
The only issues that I’ve ever had have been the battlenet agent. I installed a new copy of the battlenet client in Lutris, then copied over the D2R files, and deleted the old version.
Let us know if that doesn’t work and we can suggest other things to check.
