Uber Keys drop rate

So I did quite a few key runs yesterday and results are:
H - 8x
D- 6x
T - 2x (two keys in 1 kill)

I had to run Countess only for an hour to get that third key. (torch was 11-11-D unfortunately)

But the question: is it FML or keys have different drop rate?
I checked my key mule on NL and I have like 20xH, 8xD and ZERO of T. I don’t remember T key that rare on D2X. Anyone knows?

p3 - 1:11
p5+ - 1:10

Summoner:
p1 - 1:11
p3 - 1:8.61
p5 - 1:8.01
p7 - 1:7.81

Nihlathak:
p1 - 1:12
p3 - 1:9.61
p5 - 1:9.01
p7 - 1:8.81
