is anyone else having this issue? iv been playing in the same for 4 hours now i am lvl 93 my TZ is 95. i used a shard to TZ act 3 and farm that as i go and rotate to the 30min tz and back to act 3 for the down time. i just got the COWs TZ (i also know that shards willnot TZ cows thats not the issue here)and it is TZ lvl 88? this isnt the first time iv seen this happen. the first time i used a act 2 shard and act 2 was TZ lvl88 but everywere else was the proper higher lvl TZ. is this a bug or is the game going too long ? can we get some more information about this.?!? its hard to push levels in TZ if the TZ randomly drops on me. same for farming heralds? im expecting tz95 loot and then im farming in a tz88 area like whats going on here

Samsies. To me very often Canyon of the Magi (including tombs and chamber) is lvl 79 instead of lvl 96…
