Tyrael not loading Act 2

Currently playing Single Player. Normal difficulty, I kill Duriel and the quest says “Explore Tal Rashas tomb” and go to where Tyrael should be and there is nothing there. I can TP back to town but no NPC furthers the game. I’ve tried going from act 2 to 1 back to 2, tried restarting the game, have now killed Duriel in four different games and each time Tyrael won’t load.

Anyone else having this issue?

I know your post is almost a month old but I’m having the same issue. Did you find a solution?

I’m having this issue in January 2023. Still haven’t found a solution, just suggestion to get a “hero editor” and advance the quest that way. (It’s an offline character)
