After killing Diablo in nightmare difficulty and talk with Tyrael, he didn’t give me the item that gives 2 skill points. I also checked my skill tree view and I have 0 points to spend.
Killing Izual gives 2 skill points, not Diablo. Also, there’s no item, you just get it.

Ok, ty. I was pretty sure it was Diablo and also asked a friend who killed him today and he told me he got the skill points, but I guess he killed Izual today too ^^U.
