Tues OCT 12, Server Down/Chars Missing - What to Expect

The folks on the CS Twitter are public facing comms folks who do post messages that are approved. They are not the folks doing the fixes themselves for Tech. Their usual job is to provide Information Desk type support to give status, links to support articles for info, guidance on how to use the ticket system, etc.

Please don’t beat up the person on the Twitter feed.
