I just got ‘system message’ that i’ve increased my ‘trust level’ on forums, and now im at trust level 2 - member

This article is kinda out of date.
for example, at level 0 i should NOT be able to:
”Post more than 1 image” - which indicates, i should be able to post one - yet i still can’t post a single one (being at TL2 atm)
On previous level i sholud be able (according to article)
”Upload images and attachments if enabled” - yet none of this works even now.
I can’t even post a link in here without using </> button…
