Help, I played my extreme druid offline since the servers don’t work for PS5 since the last update.
So I killed Diablo with my extreme druid offline and reached ActV for the first time on my PS5.
Previous trophies popped correctly when I cleared other Acts with other charcaters, but the trophy for “Act IV completed” didn’t…
What’s the problem??
Going forward with an extreme character is stressing enough not to have to worry about some trophy glitch!

The same happens to me
The same happend to me. When I played before weekend 09-10 October everything was Ok. Every trophy pops.
When I played yesterday and today two trophies won’t pop - Rus Do Fah! (tried twice on two different characters) and Shiny! (tried twice on one character).
Played on PS5 in offline mode with latest patch
In my case the trophy for Act IV’s completion worked just fine but as soon as I stepped into Act V all of the trophies stopped working. For example the trophy “Completed Grimoire” states it’s 81% complete even though I finished every single quest in the game.
For me, I had to enter the quest log to see the litte finished animation on every quest before it popped.
