If the game is crashing, that’s not Blizzard’s fault. Send in a tech support ticket in order to get it fixed. You can find the link here: Diablo 2 Resurrected Forums
2 mill actiive accounts (not counting bots)
Reduce graphics to low except texture, game won’t look much different but this should reduce your temperatures and full your VRAM/RAM much slower which lead to less crashes.
If settings are already at low but still crashing, how much RAM and VRAM do you have?
I don’t have any issues with crashing. Maybe you should fix your garbage PC?

def not true i can run anything literally anything maxed without crash including RAY TRACING i have 6800xt 3800x 64 gb ram and still crash every 5 mins hard crash too have to power off and get a bios error most times, does not happen on any other application this was not happening for the first week or so and only started about friday but is same as beta i could not play beta either

Havnt had any issues so far… Dont blame anyone else for your cardboard PC pal.
People with $3000 PCs are also having trouble, pal. 
Everyone I play with crashes every 1-3 hours. We all play Star Citizen at solid frame rates so it’s not a PC issue.
The weird part is we all crash within 10-15 minutes of each other. So currently as soon as one crashes we all restart the game. It’s a coding issue for sure for that kind of behavior.
