I’m looking at making a niche build with Trang’s set, and I can’t seem to find the attack speed frames for vampire form. Does anyone have any data on this? I’m trying to figure how much IAS I need, but it’s not listed in any calculator or chart that I know of. I couldn’t even find it on Amazon Basin. Hopefully someone knows…

I do not know of any ias charts for necros in vampire form.
