TLDR; Filling up your personal stash and character inventory with rare amulets causes random items to disappear.
I filled up the personal stash on the Paladin character with rare amulets (free money to gamble with! woo!). I also filled his character inventory with more rare amulets, some runes, and the cube. He didn’t have anything in the 2nd weapon slot, but the rest of the gear slots were full.

After filling him up I Saved and Exited.
Then I created a new game, opened up his stash and saw he was missing a bunch of items in both the stash and inventory.

These screenshots were taken 1 minute apart. The only thing I did was save and exit, followed almost immediately by creating a new game.
Also, I had the 3 skillers in the cube, but they are gone as well.

This is because of the way character save files are and some arbitrary limit to their size rare jewelry have lots of modifiers take up more space behind the scenes so when you have too many of them they disappear been happening since launch, they’re aware, not sure they’re able to do anything about it without actually putting in a bit of effort.
I know, but I couldn’t find any actual threads with details of how to reproduce it with screenshots. Just making sure they have everything they need to fix it.

No it’s good to bring it up for sure they really oughta/need to do something about it just increase the character file unless that’s some huge headache for them for some reason, idk. Makes me paranoid tho, one of my shared stash tabs is like 3/4 full with rare rings and amulets to keep and naturally I acquire more with time/play not like I’m just gonna not keep good/useful rare ring of course I’m gonna save it so at a certain point…yikes, hope it never happens to me.
