Yes, you are right in what you say, and the battle does seem to have been won and maybe Blizzard are finally listening to the people who know best, their long term faithful customers and enthusiasts for Diablo.

But it just doesn’t belong in d2 and we have to continue to offset the minority by bringing it up as often as we can. When the minority finally says OK ploot isn’t happening. Than you will stop seeing these posts
I dunno man, on every platform where ploot is mentioned, it is always like 9-1 against ploot and in favor of keeping the loot system as the traditional system, which makes the games you are in feel alive, you never know whats coming or who is going to get the good loot, that is exciting and fun, we most players do not want to lose that to casual randomness.

Also they are the minority. I’m sure the D2R forums aren’t the best representation when one individual is allowed to spam 50 + threads on the topic requesting ploot.
Dont celebrate too fast, because the ploot horde will continue to mass spam the ploot threads to give the missleading impression that they are a majority.
Start flagging all the PLoot posts as trolling. Because at this point that’s exactly what it is. I’ve been doing this since he shut them down yesterday.
Can you expand on why it will fail? Listen the game has stood 20 years with minimal effort from blizzard. They are spending MILLIONS to remaster a classic.
What indications do you have that it will fail? Because its not like every game currently on the market ? Because if it was it wouldn’t have lasted 20 years.
