They say 24 hours, it’s been over that.
I’ve been crashing from release and have 30+ second load screens.

DxDiag, MSInfo32 are posted on the ticket.
Is this fault on my end, if so what’s the fix?
Easiest thing to try: play on lowest setting.
Blizzard is going to tell you to remove your video drivers entirely and play with NO other applications running whatsoever.
Then when it still happens, they will point to minor errors on your system and suggest a full OS reinstall.
It’s just not worth it, try playing on the lowest graphics preset and hope one day they get around to fixing it.
Not only do I have all the settings set to low/off I’ve tried playing in legacy mode.
I’ve tried turning off all non essential programs including antivirus, firewall.
I’ve upgraded to windows 10 from windows 7.
I meet all min. req.
I’m not overheating or overclocked, video card set to max performance, framerate set to 60 ect.
All to no effect.
Legacy mode doesn’t make any difference really, as both versions are running at all times.
I don’t doubt your issues, just figured it was worth a try.
