Pushing a patch displaying the incompetence of the development team is definitely worthy of

If you think you can do better, here is your chance:
need 200 ias to reach the ww break point for a base 0 weapon for two hand weapon is a epic failure how the crap i will have option to change my gear ???
Business as usual!!!
A PTR and propper loot to test changes would be a start.
Didn’t 2.4 prebuilds clue you into the developers complete lack of understanding for class mechanics? ![]()
so true!
complete joke, can’t even post full patch notes / ww ias changes or ias needed for certain frames because they got no clue what they actually did there.
overall a huge nerf with cold / slow now affecting ww ias
Regarding PTR testing, instead of just giving us a stash full of items of their choosing, they need to introduce PTR only vendors that sell the end game items for 1 gold… Bases, runes, sets, uniques, etc, that way the players can choose what they want to min/max their build to see the differences. And give the vendors a refresh button like the gambling screen has.
PTR was a complete joke. There was virtually no developer interaction in the PTR forums, both feedback and bugs.
The feedback form was character limited ![]()

The only feedback that the developers acknowledged were those from their favorite streamers.
Well, I suppose we should be thankful that Llama has a slightly better understanding of the game than the developers. But this is a pretty low bar… ![]()
Since the last PTR was a complete joke, they basically skipped it for the final version of patch 2.4. Now they skipped it again for this patch.
Well I’m pretty sure the primary objective of the last PTR was to test to make sure the updated Battle.net game platform was going to work properly when rolled out onto the primary servers.
Still defending these developers bad decisions eh?
Unfortunately for you, my hippocampus still works.
The server stress tess was a week before the 2.4 Patch PTR which had 2 iterations and then was taken down and a final version of the patch was released without actually being tested.
Two different teams. One handles the writing and publishing of the patch notes and the other develops the game. In this case the development builds kept coming after the patch notes had been finalized and approved. Happens in WoW all the time. It’s pretty commonplace nowadays for that to happen on a live service game.
The changes themselves I can’t speak to though. I’m not a Barbarian player. I’ll leave that one to the experts.
The only saving grace there was that the PTR actually caught something so important that the dev team decided to delay the launch even further than it was. Good thing too considering the servers are still iffy for a lot of people depending on region and time of day.
