No answer yet? this issue is really annoying!
Also having this issue. Between this and the launch bugs i also experienced its really making me not want to play this or any other blizzard game.
I am too unable to join any game created by my friend (who is also in my friendlist) I am able to join everything else.
Same. Can’t join anyone, and no one can join me either. Been like this since launch for me. So glad I bought this single player BETA build that I only bought to play with friends. 
Same issue here. I Can’t join friends and more often than not, the game just tells me I’m not connected to the internet… which is impossible because I’m talking to a discord buddy and watching him streaming the game, at the same time.
Blizzard. Please fix this. It is absurd how long this nonsense has gone on for.
Same problem here - first i get “This game is no longer available to join”
and after that i get the usual “check your internet connection message” and after waiting a couple of minutes it is back to “no longer available” even though my partner is still in that game. And when i create the game it is the other way round. (I would try logging out and back in again but then i would have to wait onther hour in queue…)
Same problem. I can’t join my friends because I cannot see any of them online on bnet, sometimes it shows no one online at all or only a couple of people on my friends list and not the friends I want to play with. I’ve tried restarting the client multiple times, going to different regions, and switching internet connections and I still can’t join them.
Did anyone get any answer from blizz in this forum? Ever?!
I’m seeing this issue today. Is there any kind of resolution?

My friend and I were having this issue just now and were able to get around it by removing each other from our friend lists. Great job as always blizzard!

Here is a self fix.
Both friends close their games. Choose another region. Make a game and join. Switch back to your original region. Fixed!
This happen to me and my friends today as well. First I see of it. Sometimes restarting the game seemed to fix it.
Just had this issue with one of my friend.
I could not join the games he sees in the lobby nor the one he created.
Are we any closer to a fix on this? It is literally driving me crazy. Some friends we can’t join the same games. Even when I try and make trades with someone we often can’t get into the same game.
