This patch does more than majority of previous patches so i guess they had junior team there already 20 years ago. And this team is basicly fixing what original team screwed up.
Maybe read the damn announcement. PTR ended few days ago, they have a lot of feedback then they have to do more corrections based on that so how the hell they can give you exact day? Its not that easy dude.

Now, every day I only see 1 to maybe 5 games on the normal list. It was switching back and forth from this very limited list to a long list of like 20 games last week. Now it’s just permanently this 1 or 2 game list in normal. I can’t even find a quest game for any act at all.
edit: maybe a fix for this. After a week of just seeing 1 or 2 games on the game list, I went to EU server, and played a public game there. Then just came back to Americas and all of a sudden, the game list is populated with 20 games again.
edit 2: after making this post and alt tabbing back to the game, the list is very small again. It refreshed to the 1-2 game garbage.
edit 3: yup, did it again. Went to EU for a game, came back, and game list was super full of games. Upon the first automatic refresh, they all went away and I was left with four games on the list. Playing in public games is not even viable anymore in D2R. They better fix this.

It would be nice if nu-blizz acted like old blizz for a second to mention if this fix will be implemented outside of PTR or if it was just something they used for PTR in order for people to better find group games for testing.
Because the majority is waiting (playing something else) or playing in private games and the rest of the scum is testing/warming up their bots for ladder start.

The current d2r team CANT get 2.4 out. After 6 months this game has more bugs than it released with.
Chat still doesn’t work - no mention in 2.4 notes
Barbarians WW literally broken doing 0 damage - no mention in 2.4 notes
Knowingly released a game that would have 100k+ players with infrastructure intended to handle no more than a few dozen players - still not fixed (completely)

What does this mean? You have some inside info or what? They said they need couple of weeks after PTR to release it.

No, the game list is at least quadruple the size it “normally” is the moment you switch to EU, then switch back to Americas. After the first refresh, all the games disappear and you’re left with the small list. So the games are there, it’s just that Blizzard has forced only small game lists for people.
It’ll be nice if they actually do some significant buffs and nerfs to classes change up the meta, which has been the same since 2005.
Hammerdin is probably at least 30% of the characters I see, if not more, and another 30% is cold sorcs. Hammerdin’s are widely known as the easiest, most powerful characters in the game because there’s basically only 2 enemy types that are magic immune and hammers do massive AOE damage. I think a change to some of the classes in this game will be a good thing.
Lol it launched as a crappy broken game with a million issues and no ladder…people get tired of it all after awhile.
This game won’t recover. Ladder is not going to bring many people back. Blizz doesn’t care about the game so why should we?

People said this about Halo Infinite. The same is true for D2R.
That’s why fortnite is so populaqnd the gold standard. The updates keep coming. Every week there is something new. Update / new locations, more quests, updates lootpool. Ever season ( which always in time) new theme and map update. Feebies every now and then. Community creations that people can play like various PvP, shooting range, racing, “super Mario”, among us mini games.
I have not play D2R since november , waiting for “soon” to be release ladder season 1……
If D2R is soo bad, why are u still here?
I love it, doing so since beta. Original since 2004.
Devs put in a lot of work. The game runs very smooth. Ofc there are still bugs, but you are picking those and also focus on these. As if other major bugs were not solved

yeah too idealistic dev or some people just so proud this game like 25years old mechanic… they not evolve with the online game pace / gameplay,
they so proud that playstyle are like higher lv char MF ing the lower player lv quest, ruined everything, use the lv restriction bla bla bla…, playing multiplayer while they playing solo at their own area is simple dumb, what the point of multiplayer?
let the market do the job supply and demand. if the number people online are declining no wonder why
It’s all the usual Blizz-activision bull crap at this point. This company used to be very responsive and release quality software that was above the industry standard 25-20 years ago. Ever since they were bought out by Activision it has been a slow decline into the toilet.

Yes, but it is not very fun for druid in public PvP currently, need patch asap and need FRW skill for Lycantrophy at least some time this year
