Sure. Excuse your own behavior and out-of-topic comments on me, why not. Still did nothing to counter-argue though. I have tendency to ignore unconstructive posts by the way like I said I do not waste my time on futile arguments online; so if you get ignored keep that in mind.
Look man. I see what you are doing here. You just stop in, repeat what some other people have said 500 times and got attention for it, so you figure if you say the same exact thing people will pay you attention too.
Dude this is exactly why you donât any anyone to game with.
I do not care about your opinion in regards to me, it just shows me that you are hurt and have nothing constructive to say. Move on with your wounds if you have nothing to add or get ignored. I am not here for petty drama.
Still zero counter-argument, by the way.
It is very common (very human) for people who disagree to attack the person rather than the argument.
Heâs not his to discuss anything. Heâs just attention seeking.
Especially when they have zero counter-arguments. Let them keep attacking me all day and barking; could not care less. I want to improve D2R and no one showed me why my requests are bad for the game.
Like look at the guy, all heâs going to do is sit here for 3 hours and spam âno counter argumentâ no matter how many counter arguments are made.
Anywho back to farming.
The butthurt is real lol. I am so sitting for 3 hours (I guess sitting on PC all day and projecting unto others make you lose sense of time). Take that bone and bark away little guy; itâs funny you think I would remotely care what you people think about me.
Stay in topic. Zero counter-argument, by the way.
Maybe dont start with insulting others next time? Just a tip.
- More slots and stash, sure. I agree.
- Charm inventory - i am neutral on this, not against it.
- classic shared stash - I dont care, i dont play classic so guess why not
- ploot i am against as it will not help to anything and people will start crying for more loot after they will realize that.
- players x command do not belong to online, its antisocial feature and would push more people to solo play. You really dont want that in online game.
PlayerX command is needed because of anti-social design of D2. Whatâs that? The current loot system and the griefing PK. Why else are 95% of magic-find games run privately and public games are just exping.
Remove anti-social design that incentives solo-play then we wonât ask for PlayerX command. But donât blame the command for it when it is a mere byproduct.
Besides that, what if I want to enjoy ladder classic/hardcore? Not many players to begin with and conflicting schedules stopping us from playing together all the time.
Your ploot counter-argument is slippery slope fallacy.
So why make it even worse with pushing more people from group play to solo play to make solo play more profit able for loot and leveling also? You need to do exact opposite, improve bonuses for group play.
Pk is important rpg element of game.
I dont want that for ladder. If we talk about nonladder, i would be probably ok with that command there.
For me its just waste of dev resources and time to work on that. Time which could be used elsewhere. And it is splitting player base into additional groups. People who want to share loot can already do that now.
How do you suggest we push more people to form group play - which I am not against?
The current design of D2 is very anti-social, this is why we play solo a lot. My first request in rectifying that is instanced loot where dropped items by a monster are automatically-allotted to people who damaged said monster for like 5 seconds, before being available to all.
No to all of those things you mentioned, D2/R is a cult classic because it didnât have all those low effort things you demand.
OP, you also gave the game away in your comment, when you slandering the player base by stating that we have no lives or what not, you inadvertently gave the game away - you want it easier, more lazy, more generous (for you of course, nobody else), in other words, you want to be rewarded for doing next to nothing, which is what we always knew about the ploot crowd.
Sorry. D2R already changed and will change more. Facts donât care about feelings. You can go play D2 1.0, itâs there for people like you who canât adapt and grow.
Oh and imagine thinking grinding or a game being tedious to be difficult and challenging. Oh well. Thatâs exactly what we all want. I have a feeling this is the last time I reply to you.
Also, zero counter argument.
Some kind of bonus for every player in group. Currently its just xp and lesser no drop chance. I would add MF bonus or maybe increasing chance for second drop from mobs for every player in group. Or higher frw in group too. There is many possible buffs.
Still wonât fix the fundamental flaws of current system though, not to mention pickits which letâs not kid ourselves will be more rampant. Then there is latency, etc.
All of this is discouraging knowing even if I do teleport, and kill monsters I could still not get any drop. This is why people go solo, current loot system makes d2 very anti-social and kills group play.
I saw your edit if you mean second drop visible only to individual player then this is similar to ploot and might work.
Hmm thats interesting idea, there could be two type of drops in group. Lets say current shared drop setting but every player in close proximity would add idk 5% chance for individual drop others dont see.
So in 8 players game, you would have 40% chance that monster drops another item if you are farming with group.
I would say any damaging character, so low-level leechers get nothing and so do people who are not engaging in anything (deservedly so). Items remain locked for damaging players for say 5-10 seconds before being free-for-all like current system.
Otherwise no one would play non-solo with current anti-social loot system. Except for exping a bit, maybe, before going back to private baal/dia runs.
So if Blizzard wonât make D2 less anti-social and actually change the current loot system, they should give us P8. Because right now people are abusing it for strong advantage and are essentially controlling the economy.
I guess i will work with this idae further and implement it into my list of changes we should have i work on and will post eventualy.
You would be doing good.
Though know now you will get idiots who did not even read your topic being so close-minded and phobic to change and ready with their pitch-forks. Do not let them discourage you, keep asking to improve D2R.
I am sorry if my original OP was a bit aggressive btw. Itâs a byproduct of those close-minded âpuristsâ coming and insulting you whenever asking for a change, you lose tolerance over time with their futile braindead BS.
