I was about to say I’m crash free for today but then boom, game crash during mephi
I’m not saying you don’t have a legitimate problem, but I have played since launch day, online only and I am taking my time. I’m in Act III and I’m only level 26. It’s still quite a bit of time and I have been exploring and looking around optional dungeons.
I haven’t crashed a single time and my machine isn’t that new.
I am running Windows 10 21H1 all the latest updates, including the latest nvidia drivers. Maybe it’s your machine? I would do a Prime95 test.

update the game crash made me lose skulders I put on when I previously died and was trying to retrieve body
very cool update: lost skulders armor because I died again when trying to retrieve previous corpse. crash happened right after I got corpse exploded and killed. Blizz come on

lol, sorry mate, but doing that wouldn’t produce a yellow error report by blizzard box. 
So, getting to the end of Act III without a crash doesn’t count? I can’t believe I have been shamed for having a life.
no, having a life is wonderful ; but your opinion on how often the game crashes or not carries less weight if you really don’t play often.
the less you play the less itll crash, seems obvious. i really don’t care about any other aspect of this.

I understand that less play would mean less crashes. I have had 0 crashes.
The OP said he crashes CONSTANTLY, so, OP, did you crash at all before the end of Act III? I am at the part where I kill the boss and I am just getting a level or 2 more before I attempt it.
I think hours of gameplay, online, to get to that point would be a good indicator of crashing, no?
