for some reason on this game even idle it causes fans to ramp up to 9000. My pc cpu and gpu is cool its just odd.Even on other newer games it dosnt do this unless its really intense.This crap is busted.

Check your ram temps and other temps on your motherboard. This game runs hot on my gpu but my fans were going out of control because of my ram temps for some reason

Limit your FPS to 60, 120 whatever your monitor refresh is. No reason to have the GPU wasting the cycles to generate more FPS.
ya i have it at 144 what my monitor is.Ya tepms are good on cpu and gpu didnt check ram tho.Game is just odd lol.
you can give your system a quick break and just hit G for legacy view (you’ll instantly notice your fans spin down due to lack of need)
Just do that every so often when you’re in town taking a drink break etc, when you come back you’ll notice your system has actually cooled lol
Fan speed(s) have nothing to do with the game. It’s all controlled by the computer itself (whether hardcoded or software) the only thing the game does it increase the temperature of the components which then cause the fans to ramp up accordingly.
If the fans ramp up too much with D2R, then either you have very aggressive fan curves or you have poor cooling. The only thing that’s busted here is your system, not the game.
I dont have this issue, and I am just literally running on a 3200g rn.
