Finding some mixed feelings about the Pheonix shield.
How would it do on a Zeal pala or Javazon? Im going to use it on my Fire druid aswell but is it versatile? Help
Firestorm causes a casting delay of (<1 second). Most fast attacking melee skills become useless.

This isn’t a shield i think you want to use on either.

It’s a horrid PoS, because you stunlock yourself every other attack. I’ve tried to use it on a myriad of different builds, and it’s absolute garbage.
However, they’re talking about removing the cast delays on fire druid skills for 2.4. If that happens, Phoenix will be an amazing shield.

This is bugged and should be fixed so it doesn’t interrupt attacks.
Thanks for all replies fellas. Ill put a halt in this plan and revisit after the potential fire druid changes.
Don’t get me wrong though. I rolled a 393ed Phoenix in a 15/15 Aegis for my WW Barb. I had enough Strength with Enigma so I figured why not use Aegis for the tad-higher defense with 49 block. A bit of originality. +5/+10 maximum lightning / fire resistance is god-mode.
