They are pretty good, not perfect but really really good. What’s the base? If Larz is able to get 2 sockets, they are worth even more but if you don’t want to gamble, you may still be able to sell it as is.

That’s the preferred base too: Greater Talons and Runic Talons
It really just depends how risk tolerant you are. If you roll 1os you are able to get less, if you get 2os you are able to get a lot more.

with all this atributes i belive its rare, not magic, so it would roll 1 os.
they are good, but trap assassins (such as myself), who go for max damage will want at least +5 skills on the claws (mine are +3 on traps + 2 on light sentry; and one Plague on a claw that give +2 all skills + 3 light sentry, and i also have a +3 traps circlet) It will provide something above %20 damage (basic +1 trap) as if you use hoto shako and spirit. And people would ratlher greater talons than runic talons due to the requirements. Outher thing to consider its the roll of +30% IAS, because you need 42% IAS to max laying traps. So using only one extra source of of IAS you can use FADE instead of burst of speed.
Considering all i said, its a good claw. I think it should worth something like ohm value.
I would pay Ohm for it if you wanna sell,NL that is.
