Every couple of games i create\join i get awful ping. Normally it’s 30-60, every once in a while it says 100-200 but feels like 300. Inventory’s laggy, can’t teleport at all. Making a new game usually fixes it.
You are probably flipflopping between the two different region IPs. There’s probably some sort of routing issue going on between your ISP and one of the two region IPs. You can use WinMTR to see where the problem might be.

WinMTR has a log export function, which you could include with an email to your ISP’s support. They may be able to forward the information to whatever internet hop is having trouble.
