Like many people here. I’m getting double queued. I’m unable to play with friends because they are blocked by a MULTI-HOUR queue. Here’s some feedback:
- Add an AFK timer - you literally have people who never logoff
- Allow game crashes to skip the queue - this just isnt a good experience, made worse
You guys are burning the company to the ground with these bad experiences in all of your titles. For the love of all players, please play your own games. The experience is what we’re after, and if it costs more to do that, than just raise the price or something.

it’s sunday, not even the hamsters are working at blizz HQ today
I tried signing in to play at 5:30AM PST this morning and had a queue of 342. It’s now 9AM and the queue count is at 336 and I haven’t seen it change in a half-hour.
It aint working - I just want to play what I paid for

Same here…Queue never ends, game has been unplayable for a week
The Eu quee works somehow better. Try to play hire maybe. Know it’s not a rsolution but at the end at east you’ll be able to play teh game u bought. Arround 15-30 min time on Eu serwers currently.
AFK time drop out will solve this issue.

not entirely correct. Individials work from home to monitor whats going on. Doesn’t mean they will come in to help.
I just left the game running when I went to bed last night. Woke up this morning, no queue! Problem solved.
I admit, I did the same. However, I crashed not long into my session this morning. So here I am in a 518 person queue. A buddy got double queued trying to join me.
i know, i’m only partially joking.
sadly, the only defensive response on our(the players) part is to just stay logged in once we get in. this makes the queues worse, but what can we do?

The time i have to play this game is spent at the que screen. Glad i paid for this.
Oh yeah, I’m not making the problem any better for sure. However, I’m not waiting another 3 hours on my only days off to play the game. That’s on them.

Bruh, blizzard doesn’t care. I mean this is a joke the whole excuse of “we didn’t expect this much traffic”. You have to buy the game to play therefore if you sell 500,000 copies expect 500,000 players they are supposedly “overwhelmed” but if you go try to buy the game they are still selling it even though they know the customers won’t be able to play. I think its plain illegal but these outdated laws don’t protect these kind of garbage.
