Honestly, just remove it. They put it on me, I TP to town to get it off. 10 times in a row, I don’t care.
There’s no skill and no limiting factor in it, cause you can go to town whenever you want, so just remove it, it’s nothing but annoying.

It’s been in the game for a long time, I doubt it will be removed. Yeah it’s annoying, but it’s something you learn to work around.
The only thing I might agree on is giving antidote potions the ability to remove curses, just to give the ability for classes other than a Paladin with Cleansing to remove a curse in the field. And it would ONLY remove curses, no 30 second stackable duration to prevent them or anything.
Life > Mana, curse can not be cast on you. Problem Solved End of common sense rant
He’s probably using a sorc with energy shield, which typically have more mana than they do life.
The complaint is having to go back to town every time to get the curse removed… Which is why I suggested adding the ability for antidote potions to remove curses. That way if the player who is playing an energy shield sorc is aware they are going into an area with succubi, they can buy a few antidote potions before they go there.
I agree that removing curses has been the bane of every class save for Assassin(Fade) and Paladins(Cleansing). Seeing as Antidotes remove poison, I could see them functioning as a curse remover.
As for ES, yeah I suspected as much. ES would be totally broken from a PvM perspective if monsters didn’t have a way to pierce the spell. Mana Burn bug deterred people because of how much mana was consumed but even with the fix, short of facing a Mana Burn pack, ES Sorceresses rarely face much of anything dangerous if their ES Absorption is 95%. Thing is the Blood Mana curse applies to all classes with Mana > Life, not just ES Sorceress. I built a Sorceress once with Mana > Life years ago and learned pretty quickly not to do that since I hated that curse. Went Life > Mana ever since(ES or no ES). Obsession runeword coincidentally helps a great deal to keep Life above Mana.
That’s pretty much the point, no different than any other curses. They are there to slow down your progress and make you think of what to do next and if that’s just going back into town to clear it well then there you go.
