your all right to some degree. But I have played enough years to see that its obvious that they screw with the drop rates. As an example, with this most recent PTR. I have run, in a regular single player, players 8, 100 cow runs and got nothing higher than a thul rune and no item better some crappy set items. I know that I will find items and runes at a better rate once the PTR is finished, its just a shame that they have to discourage people from player regular games in order to get enough player feedback on the PTR. They want more feedback than the streamers who have been given “adjustable luck” and seed codes…Mind you I dont advocate the likes of D3, where everyone is elite in two weeks, but stop screwing with the drop tables

Over all I am satisfied with the drop rate of items and runes. However, the drop table for charms and jewels in hell should eliminate items such as the +1 Minimum Damage GC’s, 2 to Dex GC, + 1 MF, and 11 AR GC which I’ve found in Act 3 hell recently. Those are simply garbage and wouldn’t’ be of use in Normal act 1 Blood Moor. I’ve found comparable jewels but at least those I can craft with.

Because right now only streamers and cheaters (jsp 
) have a shot at competing on ladder. I got enigma and double grief and level 95+ on baba in 2 weeks while having a job and I am at a point when it is gonna be REALLY hard to move forward because everytime I host baal run so that I could get somewhat stable players8 half the people who join leech and MF. This is likely the last season for me. The game is objectively terrible and needs fixing. People like you are basically boomers who don’t see past their own memories.

More than 700k characters had at least killed a single monster on day two of Season 3 (100k hardcore, 600k Softcore).
Conclusion: plenty of people enjoy the game the way it is.
