It goes through 6 stages and the one you’ve listed is stage 2.
The rate it progresses is based on the rate that players sell SOJs to vendors so it could take 5 minutes, 5 hours or 5 weeks to reach stage 6 as the process is fully player controlled.
1. Terror gazes upon Sanctuary.
2. Terror approaches Sanctuary.
3. Terror begins to form within Sanctuary.
4. Terror spread across Sanctuary.
5. Terror is about to be unleashed upon Sanctuary.
6. Diablo has invaded Sanctuary.
Majority of the walks are pre-organised so you can narrow down to-the-minute when they will trigger stage 6.
If you want to be notified of upcoming walks, join a diablo-related discord as most of them have an API for dclone walks collated for streamers.

They just had a walk on Eu sorry you missed.
Find discord for “dclone hunters”. It has helped me a ton.
Also you can check the latest status by typing /uberdiablo in the chat window.
