You guys were the company of my childhood. Countless hours playing Warcraft, StarCraft and Diablo games. Great times
But now you are just terrible. Battle Net is a disaster. It wont work on my new PC because I haven’t used it in the last 30 days. Juts bought Diablo 2 Resurrected and installed it on my old PC, red and yellow flashes like 5 time a second. Impossible to fix. No support whatsoever and its impossible to contact you. I tried the different solutions presented by other users in the forum, nothing is working.
What part of ‘‘Make good games that works and people will willingly give you their money’’ do you not understand ? You guys will probably delete this topic without even trying to fix my problem. Who wants to bet ?
I’m not trying to be rude or egg you on, however, you do understand that MILLIONS of people do not have the issues you are having and you aren’t even explaining what your issue is therefore no one can possibly help you.
Please post what the detailed issue is and maybe the community can put their collective heads together to assist.
That doesn’t really address the issue that it is seemingly impossible to open a ticket or get a direct response or have any interaction with a living human being on the other end. I totally understand that issues are always going to occur and that’s all good, but I absolutely share their frustration with the fact that all we can do is read tech support suggestions and see what they say on social media. It’s absolutely useless most of the time in my experience.
I understand what you are saying. It is definitely rough sometimes when you just want to let your mind relax and play some good game and can’t because something is wrong with the game and the company’s support isn’t good.
Indeed. Customer service has been shifting that direction in businesses of all kinds forever. Putting the responsibility largely on the community’s shoulders, endless automated responses, AI, etc. is godawful lol Oh well, hopefully they fix whatever is going on with the servers today so I can grind =P
