Actually with the 45as present…
I don’t think he did…
He just mixed 2x as / ed +1x as /md…
So no bug, just a weird tiara.
I made one myself (pure md) in a Diadem (style points) 20frw/45as/40md.
Tried the gmb setup, but like my Matriarchal bow setup better (30/15/70).
I can take 2 Lo’s for this
at least the video I watched, it is the item (helm), not the jewel. but I never tried it myself so I don’t have evidence either way
It’s 2x ed/ias and notably the 1x ed/max, so yes it will be bugged unfortunately. If it were 2x ed/ias and then afterwards socketed with max or max/ias then that will be fine if the jewels are inserted in that order… which if you’re trying to buy that item, then you have no way of knowing.
So side note: The order in which the jewels are inserted into the circlet actually matters with respect to this bug as well.
Edit: actually OP can you clarify? The 3rd jewel you said ed/max, but the stated circlet stats say 45% ias.

No idea the order it went in. 3rd jewel is 15ias 14 max (typo on post)
Not sure if this helps but my strafe dmg with helm is 1430-7641, without is 1378-7110
Based on these numbers, it does look like the max/ias jewel was added last. If the max/ias jewel was added 1st or 2nd, you’d probably see just under 7.4k max damage instead of 7.6k.
