When I’m teleporting, occasionally the game grinds to a tremendous halt.
It doesn’t happen all the time.
The game continues playing but it just slows down, and kicks right back in after a moment.
Sometimes the grind is worse than other.s
Has anyone experienced this?
Is there a way to resolve it?

Not sure that it’s a hardware issue.
Set your video settings to default. No resolution scale. Vsync on. If still broke, reinstall drivers then game then windows in that order till your issue is resolved since I tele baal and Big D runs all the time lot smoother than original d2.
EDIT: However, I do not use my laptop monitor I use a 60 inch tv as my monitor.
