Switch version title screen issue

I bought the game like 3 hours ago for the Switch. I can’t even play the game offline. All I can do calibrate dark colors. Then a cutscenes shows up and that’s it.
After that the title screen it read “Press A to begin”

I press A and then I get a message “connecting to battle net”
After a while I get this message. “An Issue occurred while communicating with the Game servers. Please check that you are connected to the internet and try again”

First of all I am connected to the internet. How else was I able to download the game?..

Secondly, you would expect to get an option to play the game offline, but no! Not even that!
It is frustrating! What can I do?

It’s an issue since the past 7 days. But today is by far the worst day for console players. They added a queue for pc gamers which leads to console players being completely excluded for 18/24 hes a day.

I reinstalled the Game because i could Not ply Online.

Now i cant Play online+offline :smiley:
