I have Diablo 2 R for PC/PS4/Switch. My account doesnt connect to battle.net on my switch anymore. Therefore i can’t access any of my characters. Whenever I click online on the switch it just loads for about one minute then says “An issue occured while communicating with the gamer servers. Please check that you are connected to the internet and try again”. I have tried my switch on 3 different internet connections, my switch and diablo 2 R are updated to the latest patches and still nothing. This has been for the last 2 days.
Call Nintendo and tell them the game does not meet the standards a quality and you want a refund
