Hi there. Unfortunately, the lack of a grace period ruined my long-term goals. I played Diablo II a lot in my childhood but never got close to fighting the Ubers. Now, with Diablo II: Resurrected, I’ve played for 120 hours, built a Sorceress for farming, Hammerdin and respec to an Uber Smiter.
My dreams came true; I got to Uber Tristram, got to Mephisto, trashed his whole HP… and then I died. When I re-entered the portal, even though the fight was far from the entrance, I kept dying immediately. The Switch cannot load the game fast enough before the mobs start attacking. I would kite for body and should got him eventually with second weapon for anti-frost. But I couldn’t.
A grace period, especially for weaker consoles, would be fine… 
Everything’s gone. I lost all my keys. I was so hyped about it. I’ve never felt so disappointed in my gaming career.
